Register

Here you can register for one of the rides of A&V Pet Transport. The registration process consists of 2 files, a contract and a registration form. Through the registration form we can keep track of how many bookings have been made per trip and which dogs we pick up. By signing the contract you agree to the terms and conditions.

If you download, fill in and sign these files, you can upload them at the bottom of the page. We will get started with them as soon as possible!

Registration form

We have 6 classes so we can see how big your pet is. The classes follow:

• - Class 1 is for cats
• - Class 2 is for dogs up to 35 cm in height at the withers
• - Class 3 is for dogs up to 50 cm in height at the withers
• - Class 4 is for dogs up to 60 cm in height at the withers
• - Class 5 is for dogs up to 75 cm in height at the withers
• - Class 6 is for dogs larger than 75 cm in height at the withers

Important!

• Loft number is filled in by the transporters.
• The size of the animal does not affect the pre-agreed price.
• We ask the size of the animal for the layout of the lofts in the bus.
• If several animals can be together (think of friends, litters) please mention this in details.
